| The payment schedule is 50% due at the time of booking. (We can be a bit flexible with the deposit timeline, but we do need money down to hold the villa.) The remaining is due 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 60+ days prior to arrival your deposit is refunded at 100%. If you cancel 59-31 days prior to arrival, you will receive 50% of the deposit. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Anything in that 30 day window is not refundable. | ||||||||
