Symptoms: irritability, muscle tension and aches, headaches, sweating, difficulty concentrating, insomnia, numbness in extremities, trembling, twitching, hot flashes, rashes, difficulty swallowing, dizziness, dry mouth, fast heartbeat, fatigue, nausea, nervous energy, rapid breathing, shortness of breath, suppression of the immune system, digestive disorders, short-term memory loss, premature coronary artery disease, heart attack

Many causes: Economy and your job , wars, sickness, family (children, parents), school exams, crime, terrorism, hacking, identity theft, natural disaster, direction of government and politics etc
